Elster is based in Belgium, Birminghamstraat 66 1080 Brussels and is responsible for production and delivery of watermeters in Belgium, France and Luxemburg as well as in the french speaking african countries. 

In 1968 we started to produce watermeters in Brussels. Since then production has grown steadily to an actuel 455.000 meters in 2008 being today the second largest Elster company in the Watermeter Business Unit of the Elster Group.
